Seems I do sleep better since I have a bad hip on one side and it levels it out. just when I turn over I use to drop that leg over on the bed away from the other knee. This helps me remember to put it back on top of the pillow and then it doesnt hurt my hip. Other things wrong with my hip we havent figured out yet. Trying to bed that leg to get the pillow on my foot isnt easy in your old age, but I manage. Just hard to do if I get up to pee and come back in the dark to put it back on. Otherwise I have recommended it.
