I'm actually quite disappointed with my Superb Spine pillow. Since there is only one strap to attach it to my leg, the pillow does not remain in place and the button on the single strap frequently comes undone while I'm sleeping. I also believe that the pillow is too short and should extend a greater distance along my leg. In fact, my own research hasndicated that this design issue is quite important. iIn conclusion, I would like to return the pillow for a refund, based on my unsatisfactory experience. Please advise as to how I may return the pillow and receive a refund.

This is the only such pillow I've found that is long enough to actually support my upper leg all the way so that my knees are at least three inches apart. Shorter pillows end up between my thighs, so my knees remain right on top of one another.

I had a knee replacement a year ago and also have lower back problems. I can sleep comfortably on my side with the pillow supporting my thigh which consequently keeps my hips aligned. I can wear it on either leg as it rotates with that comfortable wide band depending upon what side I am on.

I like the pillow/strap design but the inner material lacks substance/comfort. I actually took the inner foam out and stuffed a My Pillow inside the zipper pouch. It's like strapping a pillow onto my leg so it stays on during my sleep.
